I have been a customer for years. I especially like the emails that let me know my clothes are ready, usually written by Ana A. Everyone provides very good service. I use the VIP service which is very quick. Junior in the past has been very helpful. I brought a comforter in to be laundered because at the time I had a dog that was getting older and had accidents on my comforter and my washing machine at home is not strong enough to Handel the weight and I did not have time to go to the laundry mat.
