Hi Flair. First let me say I love your people in South Bay. Great. But I have an issue and want you to know about it. I brought in 8 shirts 2 weeks ago to get "laundered". I specifically said "laundered". Well, when I got the bill I notice they had taken some shirts and decided to dry clean (for I think $10 which is almost TRIPLE) and others they upcharged because they were linen from a $4 fee to a $7.55 fee which is ALMOST DOUBLE. I have been a customer for years. I especially like the emails that let me know my clothes are ready, usually written by Ana A. Everyone provides very good service. I use the VIP service which is very quick. Junior in the past has been very helpful. I brought a comforter in to be laundered because at the time I had a dog that was getting older and had accidents on my comforter and my washing machine at home is not strong enough to Handel the weight and I did not have time to go to the laundry mat.
