I am always greeted by sweet Diana. She recognizes my car and me!! Has my cleaning ready as I enter the store. Extremely polite, professional, happy. I feel as if she truly values her position at Five Star! I always walk out of the cleaners saying to myself “she is so sweet!” Also we are pleased with the laundered shirts!
Been using them for years and had to stop due to location but I’m back now and I remember why I loved them so much. Great prices and good customer service. Diana Is such a delight to see when I drop off and pick up.
