Friendly ladies, very personable. As for honesty and integrity, not so much! After picking up an order for my wife and myself, I noticed the prices had gone waaaay up from the usual bill. I had used a 20% coupon on-line but when I questioned if it was applied, I was told it was only for 10% off. per new ownership! It still says 20% on-line! I will NOT be going back to get ripped of a second time! For the prices they now charge, I can go to Jack Brown for a much better experience. At least they’re honest!!
Sabrina the young lady at my cleaners on Stone Oak Parkway is an excellent representative of your store. She’s always very sweet, professional, kind and patient with me. You couldn’t ask for a better employee. Hope she gets a huge raise. Any questions give me a call at 210-478-6037. I was vice president of customer services for a billion company and would gladly have had her work for me. May I suggest to use her as a trainer for your existing and new hire employees. They have never hesitated to send my garment out again if not satisfied.
They gave me the wrong clothes the day I went to go pick them up. I needed my dress for that evening. Very big inconvenience!!
