Everyone was friendly and professional, but when I told 2 ladies I could not pick up my clothes till that Saturday due to my work hours, they only said they would charge me extra for storage and never said anything about the 24 hour pick up. I think the 24 hour pick up is a GREAT idea, I just wish I had been told about it and/or saw it. It is my fault as well, you do have it written in big red print on the door. 😊
