Price is high for dry cleaning
They ought to be called, "Zero Stars" as they've ruined 4 of my items, 2 of which were only worn 1x and 2x and neither have been washed or dry cleaned, yet they refuse to take responsibility stating it wasn't them, instead I brought them in this way?! The GM is the WORST and tells me he isn't arguing with me but continuously accused me of lying and tried to say I stretched out both sides the sleeves as to insinuate I have a weight issue? They don't honor their coupons and they ruined a pair of dress pants by leaving an ugly hand print. I received a coupon to get 3 shirts cleaned for price of 2....but then they limit you to 3 shirts total, even though there's no maximum limit on coupon. The cust rep says it's because I have "too many" items cuz I had 9...then continues & says they're "getting rid of coupons next year anyway"...which is fine with me except we're still in 2023.
It’s OK… At least it’s a pick up. It’s pretty expensive. Do not always do a very good job. They do not automatically apply coupons. Even the ones on the website. The customer has to be very aware and with pick up it’s hard to apply website coupons.

I was their to deliver clothes for laundry on 7/16 (Friday) around 8:30 AM. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude with an unpleasant tone as if they are obliging by providing their services, inspite of having higher rates and still not asking for any discount. Just didn’t feel like standing their for more than a minute. One of the worst experiences.
