They notify me when clothes are ready for pickup, usually same day.
Five Star does a wonderful job. A bit pricey, but I love how you take care of my clothes. I also love that you pick them up and drop them off.

The quality of work from Julie and Tran in alterations is the best ever, that I've encountered. Don't use cleaner part (little high.) All your front staff are very customer friendly. Maybe alterations price can offer some kind of coupon/discount. Five Star for sure. Do not post my e-mail or give iut.
