We just moved to San Antonio a couple of months ago and needed a new location for our dry cleaning needs. The cleaners on Babcock and Prue have been exceptionally great in service. Lorraine is always the best.

Took men’s slacks and white shirt When picked up. Items were not starched So disappointed. I could have washed the items myself.
Requested laundry to be heavy starched like I have done for years. When I picked up my clothes, they were not starched at all. They seemed as they were just pressed. No heavy seams, items seemed very flimsy, definitely not crisp and ironed to the way it used to be. My slacks were full of lint, and very dissatisfying. The quality was definitively declined. Meanwhile the prices have increased.
