I occasionally travel for work and like to have a few of my shirts starched and folded for such occasions. I had requested 3 of the 9 shirts I brought in to be folded. I reviewed the 3 items with the representative. I confirmed with the individual twice and received a ticket that had nine garments and the word folded on the ticket. When I picked up the garments, all of them were on hangers. It was the end of the day and I was on a deadline. The representative offered to fold them if I would wait. Really 72 dollars to clean a comforter wasn’t even dry cleaned just laundered a few bucks more I could have bought a brand new one, you were my go to cleaners for comforters but not any more feel I was price gouged
I was told Laundry shirts were $2.10 a piece but when I picked them up they were $3.10 a piece.

Hi Darrell I Checked the computer to see what you where charged.Our regular price on shirts are 3.10 You had a coupon for bring 5 pay for 4 you paid 2.48 per shirt a discount of 9.30.The coupon for 2.10 is good only when you have dry cleaning. sorry for any confusion
