Becky at Store 16 is the BEST!!!! She provides EXCELLENT customer service. Becky greets me each time I enter the cleaners. I feel known and valued. Becky is extremely professional and should be a trainer. She is such an excellent role model for others as she takes pride in her work. A+++++ goes to Becky!!!!

I love the service. My items are always ready as promised. The attention to detail is fabulous. I searched for years to find a great dry cleaner in San Antonio and this one is the best in my opinion. Even though I moved further away from the store I drive past many others to take my clothes there.
