I started coming to your place a couple of years ago and have always been impressed with my results . But, recent I took a sweater and shirt in and went to pick them up after quite a while of being there and the cute gal that helped me was experiencing problems with their register systems and was very apologetic and after waiting for a few moments she didn’t think it fair I wait while they figured out their system and not only apologized again when giving me my credit card back she told me the services were at no charge ! I had dropped off a pair of pants, but asked that they be delivered to me, since I am en existing delivery customer,. When I didn’t see them dropped off over the next 2-3 weeks I contacted Jayden and he went right to work finding them, called me twice with status on his efforts, and ultimately was able to find them and get them to me. I greatly appreciated his efforts and communication to me throughout the process.
