Ray's attention to detail and professionalism is that of another era in time, when customer service was earned and loyalty of the customer was the natural by-product. A hidden gem in Glendale and Pasadena. I discovered Ray when I was in a crisis mode as I needed to get my jacket pressed with a very tight turn around.
