Esteem wasted my time by refusing to clean my $800 cosplay coat because of the condition of the lining. The thing is, I KNEW that the lining was shot and when I walked the coat in, the attendant was fully informed by me that I expected the lining to come back tattered or removed . To expensive and your service is HORIBBLE! You should tell your customers how much dry cleaning will cost before you actually clean it. I requested this information ahead of time and was told it was emailed to me. No amount was indicated, never imagined I would pay $62 for a long simple black dress.
Don’t appreciate businesses that quote you a price then jack up the price when it’s time to pay. That’s a recipe for a business doomed to failure. Also prices are too high John Lazarian NJ
Awful service and horrible job
I’ve been coming here for several months now, but it seems as the prices have gone up. I wasn’t informed. I will be taking my clothes elsewhere. For dry cleaning purposes I’m also always having to steam my shirts after pick up since they don’t steam/press it correctly. There’s always a crest line going across the shirts

Always staple their tags on my expensive shirts and damage them.. charged me for something that they couldn’t even clean.
