We were greeted right away when we walked in. The young lady gave us her recommendation. Which turned out to be excellent. The notifications are extremely helpful I don't need to call and see if out stuff is ready and the price being included in the notification was also helpful.
Just moved to Phoenix and needed some pants hemmed. Elite gets good reviews and their service matched them. The pants were hemmed very nicely, turn around was excellent, and a reasonable price. I’ll be going back.

I was impressed with my most recent visit when I brought my husband’s long wool coat to be dry cleaned. I received a call from one of your friendly staff (I wish that I recalled her name) to notify me that the seaming on the cost was coming undone. She said that they could dry clean it as it is with the possibility that the seaming could get worse OR she could have it sent out to the tailor to fix the seaming and then dry clean the coat.
