I have only been twice but have received great service each time. It's out of the way for me but the high reviews I read made me feel confident that the expensive comforter I had just purchased (and didn't realize was dry clean only!) would not be damaged. I have been very happy with the results. It's a little pricier than some other places, but still fair given the quality of cleaning and superior customer service.
