The customer service is on point! There’s been a couple occasions where I’ve given clothing with buttons missing and they will reach out to me (if I don’t answer my phone, they text me which is amazing!) requesting to relocate a button that I wouldn’t normally use and replace it with another. We also will only use them at our Luxury apartments because we pride ourselves on customer service and we want the same 5-star service for our residents and they provide that and more.
