Timely and good coupons
My clothes were cleaned very well, but the store smelt very badly if cigarettes, both times I dropped off and picked up.

I understand that stains are sometimes stubborn. I do not understand being charged for something you were unable to clean, especially when the stains make the garment unwearable. With such a policy, I cannot justify using your services again.
Did not receive any notice that my items were ready. One of my items had a stain that I mentioned but you did not get it out. It looked like you didn't even try.
We have a shirt missing
I won’t be coming back. I had a zipper style tie that I brought in for cleaning. Elite cleaners destroyed it and it is now unusable.
Several long sleeve shirts were not buttoned up so they were wrinkled.
