Quick service.
The cleaning and folding of my items were terrific. My reasoning for a 3 star is I received an email for 30% off on household items like bedding, etc. My husband dropped off our items and when I picked them off and showed the email offer I was told it had to be presented at the time the items were dropped off. I choose to bring in several items I may not have had cleaned due to cost, but 30% is a substantial discount to make it worth it. Renae, I apologize for this! I believe the specific coupon you received was through an automated system we have. In the email, it should have had a link to accept the coupon. When you select the link, it automatically applies to your account and will be there for the allotted time and for the specific items the coupon is for. We went to this system to avoid what happened to you. Basically, staff would forget to apply a coupon, or would not use the correct coupon, and therefore defeat the purpose.
