Quality and service are absolutely five star! The staff is capable, helpful and friendly. I have used Elite for over a year on a regular basis and have no plans to look anywhere else.
The clothes were starched,although I had higher expectations for the starch. I guess I thought cowboy starch would be heavier and stiffer!

As always I am very pleased with the service I receive from the cleaners. The staff is professional , friendly and very helpful. Your garments are always ready for pick up as promised and they remind you via email. No problems, will always utilize the establishment.
You all are getting way to expensive, I don’t think that they put my coupons on when I check out, I have been using you all for probably 30 years, my clothes are never right anymore I have asked for light starch on my shirts and extra heavy on my jeans and they do the opposite!

The service was fast and extremely effective. They got a suit jacket perfectly clean that had been neglected for literally years and years. It looks brand new now and has no musty smell.
I was delad a day picking up some of mu items. Usually it would be a 5-star, but because I wasn’t told on the delay of half my items I had to make an extra trip. Service is always friendly and great! I’ll be back despite the boo-boo!
