Everyone was very polite and courteous. I brought in a pillow top mattress cover. All stains were removed very nicely and it looked very clean. However, the “pillow” part of it was scrunched together and was extremely uneven. My husband and I tried shaping it some with our hand and even tried to shake it out the best we could. Some parts have no “pillow/filling” at all and other parts are bunched up too high. I kind of wished I would have just left it alone.
I was very pleased with the comforter you cleaned and pressed. The price was great too. And the people I came into contact with w Ere very nice!
