Fast, friendly and do an amazing job with fixing my husbands jeans he wears for work.
I appreciate receiving text when cleaning is ready for pickup. Employees are friendly and remember my name. Cleaning is usually ready early. I’ve never had any problems with the cleaning procedures used on garments.
I took my first item, a coat, to Elite because my daughter recommended it. Apparently the cleaning apparatus broke the zipper. Not only did Elite replace the zipper without charge, they also did not charge me for cleaning the coat. They did a good job cleaning the coat, and their customer service was impeccable.
