I love the personal contact and wonderful service I get at the Elite location on College Avenue. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I was sad when the automated system went in, but I’m happy that I don’t have to use it because I enjoy personal interaction. I’m not ready for the only option to be automated and impersonal.
