Very friendly and dry cleaning was excellent quality workmanship
Everything looks great and I would give 5 stars if there hadn’t been an issue! Safety pins were put in a $500+ dress. That will significantly reduce the resale value of the dress.

My recent visit was typical in that the service was very good. The attendants always are prompt and pleasant. Furthermore, I’m allowed to utilize my veteran status to save with each visit.

I have been a faithful customer to Elite for years. Lynn and her staff are by far the best. But I have a complaint concerning my sweaters. Each week Lynn and the staff put a note on my sweaters to hang them not fold. Evidently someone is not doing their job. When they come back each time they are folded and I have to press the wrinkles out. Please pay more attention to what notes your staff are attaching to cleaning. Five stars to Lynn and all on College!
