Very friendly staff. Good results with our clothes. Only complaint is that the wedding dress preservation was not available on date that was quoted. Came in over 24 hours after quoted date and were told there was a shortage of boxes. So was not ready for pickup. Friendly manager and staff offered a 10% discount, which was appreciated. But we never recieved a courtesy call to say dress preservation was delayed. Overall quality service and local business, will use/recommend again!

I came home for the holidays and needed a skirt cleaned by Christmas Eve. The first cleaners I went to said "no" without missing a beat. When I went to Elite they were very accommodating and instantly tried to see what they could do. They were able to clean it that day! Very impressive, kind, and quick service. Thanks Elite!
