Overall I’m pleased with this company. My clothes are always done the way I ask. I love that I receive a ready for pickup text and would like to add that they are ready for pickup early ever time. Once they even offered me a coupon for a large blanket. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Ryan Swonger, the owner, runs a great operation. His staff is friendly and helpful. When there is an issue, Ryan will make it right. We won’t go anywhere else.
I have been so pleased with Elite! They send alerts about the days they pick up and the driver, Chase, is very nice and always responsive. Could not be happier.
I am accustomed to a lengthy delay while my clothes are being dry cleaned. It was not only a pleasant surprise to have such a quick turnaround, but their cleaning of my clothes was awesome. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I look forward to doing business with them again soon.
