Great Experience. Had a house issue and they were there to help. Amazing restoration of items which I thought I would not get back.
Well I was told my cleaning that I took on 10/2. Would be ready on 10/5 . I came back on 10/9 and it was not ready. Got to pick up 10/10. Came by 3 times and finally got my cleaning.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We messed up on many levels involving your curtains and their due date. First, they told you an unreasonable turnaround time. Second, when the day they were supposed to be done, they finished cleaning them but did not press them. Third when they were finished, they were not bagged and inventoried correctly. My go to cleaners ! Multi locations is super awesome & I was given a coupon my 1st visit. Was told a week for cleaning large item but was ready the next day ! Really cool friendly staff !!!

I like the new pickup and receive method but also appreciate the presence of an employee to assist me until I get used it it. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Paloma is the best.
Good service
Staff at Elite are very personable and helpful. The cleaning that results is outstanding. I keep having to dry clean this dress that I think I can then put in my closet until next spring, but our weather continues to be warm so I need to keep this dress presentable and wearable.
