I brought three high-quality wool jackets for cleaning, which had been professionally dry cleaned before in both the U.S. and the U.K. without any issues. After their service, all three garments noticeably shrank and no longer fit properly. I have reached out to the company three times via email to resolve the matter — no response whatsoever. Very disappointing experience for a business that claims to care about customers and their belongings. Would not recommend based on poor service and complete lack of communication.
It happened again. After I received a call from someone at this establishment to remedy services issues from my last visit I was offered a credit. I came in today to see if the credit was available and of course they did not have it on the system. Well done trying to win business back.
1St time customer and will never return. Over-priced washing service without telling me upfront some shirts cost 10 vs 5 dollars. I feel that they decided to charge more for a few shirts just to increase the cost. All of the shirts dropped off were button-ups and some long sleeves. Charging 10 dollars to wash is a bit ridiculous. Feeling ripped off.
