Had two area rugs that they sent out for cleaning - and it is an amazing difference. Great staff. Great service.

Debbie was very helpful both when I dropped off items and when I picked them up. During drop off she addressed questions and concerns which included follow up with manager or owner on handling one of the items. I'm pleased that both items came out perfect.
