My order was actually not ready as scheduled, which was a real challenge as I had a business trip the next day. The immediate response when I picked up my order was to give it to me at no charge, which was the right response. A manager then followed up with me shortly afterwards she saw me at the Business next door, apologized for the error / inconvenience. I’m willing to give them another chance, and will return.
