Great customer service. Patient. Showed how to use kiosk and offered alternatives to when I could pick up my dry cleaning during the busy holiday season. Not sure who assisted me.

I apologize for the long review, but it’s worth it! I had a bad experience with a dry cleaner in Webster. I took several shirts to the other place to be military pressed, and they said they could. I asked for extra starch and she didn’t know what that was (red flag #1). I said no problem, how much and she charged $10/item equaling $80 total. Seemed pretty steep just to military press some shirts, but I figured she would do a better job than me. When I went to pick them up, the front and back of the shirts did not have any ... read more
