Pickup and drop off make a big difference to me as I am mobility limited. The garments look great as well.

Dutch girl cleaners are the most convenient way to get your laundry done if you do not have the time to do drop offs and pick ups. They are on time,very attentive and offer competitive pricing compared to most drycleaners who do not drop off or pick up, so that's already a huge advantage to me. The quality is generally good. But why the bait and switch? I didn’t use the 20% coupon when I dropped my clothing off and was then when I picked up my clothing I was told I could not use the discount coupon. Nonsense. You’ve lost a customer.

Hello Mr. Hill, we appreciate your feedback regarding our coupon. I reviewed the log and it does appear that the coupon was clicked digitally the day after drop off and it will not automatically apply to an order. As this system is new to our store the sales associate was only following protocol. I would be happy to refund the amount of the 20% coupon on Monday when we are back open. I hope this can make up for the inconvenience! A total of $6.78 will be refunded.
