Their father had managed the business and its thirty locations up until six years ago, before he decided to retire and pass the family business down for the brothers to take over. Good service but the prices are pretty high.
Well you charged what I'd consider an high rate .. $70+ for about 10 shirts and 2 suits. Then you ruined 1 of my expensive dress shirts and didn't say anything about it except for a tag on the garment saying you'd risk ruining the shirt if you tried getting it out, which I didn't see til I got home... Except you already ruined it. Now I have to go back to demand reimbursement for that ruined shirt!
