Heather is always very professional and and a pleasure to speak with each time I visit the store in Dublin.
Decided to give Dublin Cleaners a try after more than my share of disappointment with the other big cleaner in town. Boy am I glad I did. Heather and Michele are so attentive, love the eco-friendly cleaning approach and amazed at how my items come back to me. Just got a suit back on a real hanger with tissue paper! Wow.
I just tried Dublin Cleaners for the first time and I must say: the customer service was outstanding. I’ve tried multiple cleaners on this side of town and I must say: they are the best I’ve encountered so far. In addition to the customer service, I love the fact that they actually offer extra heavy starch. So glad i finally found a cleaner who offers that service. I was very pleased with the location off of Muirfield Dr. My suit looked great! Heather was very friendly and prompt with my transaction.
One of the best cleaners around. Much better than that waterfowl cleaner.
Just moved to the area last year and have used them since we moved. They do a great job and I love that they can do email tickets so I don’t have to keep track of dry cleaning tickets. The. Perks are always very nice, personable and quick!
So, this review is a little premature - since I haven’t actually picked up my items yet - but the customer service provided by Demetria upon dropping them off was excellent! She was both friendly & professional and took the time to explain the process & fees schedule.
