Being new to an area, one of the many services you look for (aside from doctor, dentist, car mechanic, etc.) is a reliable dry cleaners. This was our first visit to Dublin Cleaners and it was a great experience. We worked with Demetria and her customer service skills were impeccable. In addition to the amazing customer service, our clothes look great! I cannot say enough great things about this place. I give it 5 stars!!!
Was not first experience
Got my down comforter washed, and it came out spotless and fluffy!
Everyone I had spoken to was incredibly helpful and pleasant. This was my first experience using a cleaner service and was very pleased with how easy it was.

I originally dropped off my comforter to be dry cleaned and it had some stains on it. I picked it up a week later and the stains were still there- I don't believe I had originally let them know about the stains and just assumed they would be taken care of. The employee was so, so nice and understanding when I called and said there were stains- she took it back and gave me a new date for pick up a week later. I picked it up and it was SPOTLESS- looked fantastic and the service at pick up was great too. Nicely done!
Done when they said it'd be done and they took care of a button in my jacket for free! Very good quality, love the hangers, love the collar keepers.

Drop/off pick up ok, I really wanted to figure out how to get on a route for home delivery but their website is very confusing. People at the store didn't explain it very well either.
