For some unknown reason, my husband shaves with his outer clothes on. Recently, he got blood on a silk dress shirt in several places near and on the collar. After the initial cleaning, it came back with a stain tag on it. But the clerk asked if she could send back through to try a more aggressive approach. As the shirt was already ruined I agreed. This was at no charge. I haven’t gotten it back yet , but I appreciate the extra effort put forth too resolve the problem.
