Usually have great service and don’t know if there was miscommunication, but one of my buttons was not repaired like I requested upon drop off. Overall, quality dry clean and the staff is always courteous.
I was getting a message that I had not picked up an item that I actually had picked up months ago. The lady, I think her name is Demetria, was very helpful to resolve this issue. Computer glitches happen all the time. I have always had the very best of service from this cleaners. I will continue to come back for my cleaning needs.
