My dress was returned with a snag, the liner completely detached at hem and everything smells like cigarettes.
Recently, I have had most of my cleaning sent back for a re-do. Everything comes back perfect the second time, leafing my to question the process the first time. Yesterday, I picked up 3 items. The cream cuffs on the sweater were clearly still spotted and the sweater had not been peeled, although requested. Yet another item returned for a re-do.
I bf a red stain on the front of my wedding dress and wasn’t sure what it was. They got it out and my dress looks brand new again!!
Efficient process; friendly staff
We were told to go to be location to pick up my rehearsal dress for my wedding after dropping it at the other location. Upon trying to pick up my mothers wedding dress they told me they didn’t have it which caused huge stress until they realized it was at the other location. Even though my dress was tea length they changed for a full wedding dress pressing. Overall it was a stressful and underwhelming experience
A day early and took care of a missing button. Wonderful service.
