Mitch and Sandy Jacobs (third generation dry cleaners) purchased Drake Cleaners in 2006 and are pleased to be a valued part of the Midtown community. Kind staff, but I was scheduled a fitting appointment upon my dress being completed and when I went for the appointment they said there wasn’t an appointment. I also don’t appreciate that they aren’t upfront with their prices. All I had was a simple bridesmaid dress taken in and non push-up cups placed (no hemming), and it was $126. They also don’t tell you general pricing until after your fitting, but even that price was $20 below what I actually had to pay. A Better Fit Alterations did a great job on my “mother of the bride” dress. Sandy and her team made sure that I was comfortable and completely satisfied before I left with my dress. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend A Better Fit Alterations.
