The service I at the Drochester Avenue location receive is always above reproach. Fernando is the consummate professional, always welcoming me by name "Mr. Burke". All of your service reps professionally ask me if any other service is required, and the articles are always cleaned properly and in the time promised. Thank you again as always

I had wash and fold service along with tailoring, and all went well. The tailor I had been using would always take a week to alter every item, but Dependable took only three days, and one of those days was Christmas. I will be using this service again, both cleaning and tailoring.

The customer service is great and I enjoy the email reminders. However, when I got home and took my blazer out of the plastic, I noticed some fairly obvious food debris that was still stuck on the lapel. I was able to scratch it off with my finger and there was just a tiny trace of a stain. Also, it would've been nice if we were notified of your delivery option as we could certainly use it.
Very detail oriented Fransisco and his team. They were able to locate some missing buttons and a hole in some of my garments and fixed them for me right away. Always a great pleasure trusting them with my clothes. Much thanks!
