The woman who helped me get my order in order greeted me promptly and was clear on cost and when it would be ready and was efficient. On pickup she was prompt and courteous. Great app for coupon collection, 1 week turn around for duvet blanket dry cleaning. Picked up the clean duvet which came in a plastic reusable zip duvet bag. Great service.
