It was my first time and needed a dress dry cleaned for a wedding on the same day. I brought in at 7:45 am and it was done by 2 pm. The dress looked great. I was happy with the experience.
While I was impressed with the quality of tailoring, I was unhappy with the pickup experience. I needed a pair of pants hemmed for Monday morning at 11 AM, no cleaning, just pressing. I called before I came on Saturday afternoon to ensure that they would be able to complete the tailoring on such a tight turnaround, and was assured that it was fine.
