My experience has always been a positive one. The Dependable Cleaners Team, led by Francisco Montrond, always strive to go above and beyond the customer service experience. Despite their growth, and a bit of a spike in prices, the team does its best to connect with their customers and interact in a professional and friendly way. It says a lot that some of them have made an effort to learn my name. That type of attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. I hope it continues.

This was my first time using the dry cleaning service. The gentleman and the lady made it very simple. They gave me the cost,Asked me if there was anything special I wanted to do and gave me a pick up time the following day. It was all very simple and smooth. And picking up legit took 2 to 3 minutes.
Delivered hemmed and cleaned trousers a day early. Conveniently texted to let me know. Very clean and efficient.
