I was absolutely fit to be tied...so ticked off. I really wanted my favorite Tommy Bahama silk shirt for a big family reunion. It did't even need to be cleaned, simply pressed. I drove all the way to the Cohasset location to get there prior to 6:00 closing of the store. And the counter woman hands me my shirt with an ENORMOUS ( not even exaggerating!) stain all over the front of the shirt..the counter lady even clearly remembered that the shirt was spotless when I dropped it off. She said she was sorry, and would send it bac... read more
Hi, I like dependables but was not happy about paying for 2 pieces of a dress when I understood and discussed that it was one dress. And would be charged for one dress. And the man's shirt I was told could be laundered and was charged for dry cleaning. Just look at my bill and ask me if this is fair? Also please take my credit on account off so from now on I know what I sm being charged.
The service and attention from store staff is always excellent. It is disappointing that plastic collar stays. Have been on " back order" so very long. It feels dececietful , it simply cannot take that long . If Depenbendable is not going to provide these than you need to say so so customers like me. Do not depend upon you for a service you do not provide or you need to source them. You did this once before and I simply switched laundries until you went back to this.
Unfortunately a tie I had dropped off with a notated stain came back with stain and no explanation note ..also collars on shirts not being pressed properly...on the plus side counter assistance always friendly and helpful
