The woman who is almost always there is SUPER. Despite the fact that I don't visit there often she remembers my name immediately and frequently even remembers what clothing I have there. She is detailed about any issues with clothing (stains, buttons, etc.) and will make recommendations when appropriate.
Uggs came out great. Took 2 weeks only issue
That managed to remove a heavy stain from a silk blouse.
