Every time I drop my clothes at Dependable in Braintree, I am greeted with smiling, friendly employees who genuinely care about my items and take careful note of special requests. Nicole and the rest of the team there are nothing short of awesome! The team at the Quincy Avenue laundromat is equally helpful and always provide great conversation while waiting for laundry to run its course and make the experience much easier to take.

The dependable cleaners on Quincy Ave in Quincy is extremely fast & convenient due to their drive thru. I normally go to clothes clinic in Braintree however I wanted to try something different and am so glad I did. I will definitely be bringing all of my husbands shirts to your location but I will probably stick with clothes clinic for the suits due to the price difference.
Fast, timely and affordable. Excellent first experience and we will certainly be repeat customers.
