I love this place... everyone is professional and always go above the expections of my needs. LOVE the staff especially fransico if it wasnt for his service i would definitely go to another cleaners
In general I like Dependable. However from time to time the pressing of my dress shirts isn't up to my satisfaction. The underside of the button hole area of the shirt is often is pressed and often the tail of the shirt isn't pressed nicely which isn't optimal when i want to wear my shirt untucked.
Always a good experience. Francisco always welcomes me ...knows my name ... and is both personable and professional. Quality of work very good.
The people that work and run this location are always amazingly friendly and go out of their way to make everything the way it should be. They all know me by name and my preferences on cleaning. In fact, I had a pair of suit pants tailored the same day! I never get that level of service anywhere. Absolutely the best place to get my clothes cleaned and tailored!
I was greeted courteously, and my order was processed quickly and accurately. (I was having my favorite white trousers cleaned.) When I picked them I was again greeted warmly, and invited to inspect my order before I left. My trousers were sparkling white, and crisply pleated, just the way I'd asked. I couldn't be happier with the work.
