Great! Exactly what I was looking for and a quick turnaround
Overall, pleased. Shirts are cleaned and pressed. Not happy about additional charge for heavy starch. My old cleaners NEVER charged for that. You’re a bit more convenient and is the reason why I’m using Dependable. Two other things that should be brought to your attention is returns for missing stains and, a serious issue, pressing of pant seams. I love this place! My clothes appear new and do not degrade as quickly as they did in the past when I used a not so known cleaners. I believe it’s because of the expertise of the professionals at Dependable Cleaners on Dorchester Avenue when it comes to the processes necessary to treat the clothing. Also there is something special about a high end establishment that offers excellent service at a reasonable price.
As usual, the results and the service were excellent.
First time using the dry cleaning service, and Francisco was nothing but a great deal of help. He told me how everything works and even set me up with the VIP maroon colored bag. Thank you Francisco for being such a great help!
