Great staff and awesome service. I moved to a different town but I prefer to come back to this location.
Please provide more proactively, laundry tickets when they run out on bag. Additionally, my VIP rewards are not being applied and or not being applied consistently. Pick ups and deliveries are consistent and timely.
The service is exceptional and the staff is always polite and remembers your name
Fine service by phone and later with two deliveries to my home. Leo and Angel are efficient and cordial and the work done was of excellent quality. I especially liked Dependable's packaging of a huge (king-size) blanket, too large for laundering at home. When returned to me, it was packed in a sturdy plastic suitcase-like container, complete with handle; ideal for storage. JMM/Brookline

Pricier than many and worth every cent. They do a phenomenal job and are very careful with designer outfits. The turn-around time is fabulous. I drive through two towns to use them. A win, win for all. Mary Mahony
