I had a major issue with my item not being done on time. In fact, I think it was misplaced/lost within your store. My rating would have been 1 star, but the assistant mgr was great in resolving my problem. He gets 5 stars. The overall average rating is 3.
Cleaning and service excellent as usual
The staff was very extremely welcoming and friendly. I had a last minute need due to a death in the family, and they accommodated me with sincere sympathies. I am very impressed with the entire staff. The cleaning was good as well
I asked for no creases on my slacks, that they be hung vertically rather than doubled over a hanger and covered with a long plastic bag. All requests were met and, to my surprise, the slacks came with proper hangers, not just safety pins. Amazing! Thank you very much.
