Excellent customer service over the phone when I needed specific information about our order and if a coupon left in the bag was applied; friendly, awesome experience when arrived to pick up dry cleaning.

The woman who helped me get my order in order greeted me promptly and was clear on cost and when it would be ready and was efficient. On pickup she was prompt and courteous. Also while I was washing my comforter and a few other items I needed assistance on a broken machine and had a woman come right over and she helped me with the problem and got the machine working and later helped me with finding me a dryer as it was quite busy and she was always watching the store and doing her closing tasks with respect to anyone that ne... read more
