Good cleaning service, but unexpectedly got several shirts dry cleaned instead of laundered. Costs 50% higher than my previous dry cleaner also in downtown Boston.

The service is always great. Really nice and helpful folks at the counters. I do wish you would just apply the coupons as discounts. I have been going to the East Milton branch for over 30 years ... and I never have those dang coupons with me!

A company is only is good as it staff. I have been a VIP customer for years. The staff is always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about dry cleaning. t The staff should be rewarded for their outstanding service to the customer.
